Response
Family and friends: The alarm sends a text to the emergency contacts with a Google Maps link showing the wearer’s location, then it starts the call sequence.

Professional Monitoring: The alarm sends a signal and the wearer’s GPS location to our 24/7 monitoring centre. Within 60 seconds, a team member will call the alarm to offer assistance.
