Activation
Activate the alarm by pressing the SOS button. When a fall is detected, the alarm automatically activates.

Response
Family and friends: The alarm sends a text to the emergency contacts with a Google Maps link showing the wearer’s location, then it starts the call sequence.
Professional Monitoring: The alarm sends a signal and the wearer’s GPS location to our 24/7 monitoring centre. Within 60 seconds, a team member will call the alarm to offer assistance.

The wearer will be able to talk to their elected contacts hands-free through the alarm.
